Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of new starter training programmes.
• Run in-person and virtual classroom training.
• Deliver engaging training sessions during new product launches.
• Create and refine training content with the Retailer Training Manager.
• Provide focused coaching to key retailers on sales processes.
