Junior Sales Account Manager

Join a leading company in the automotive industry as a Junior Sales Account Manager. Based in our Basingstoke office, you will be a key player in the Sales Department, driving growth by acquiring new territories/customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role is crucial for managing customer satisfaction and expanding our market presence.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Acquire new business through effective project management and negotiation of price structures and customer service levels .
  • Preserve existing aftermarket customers by improving customer relationship management and swiftly resolving issues in compliance with internal QMS and legal regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain relationships with existing customers, including overseeing deliveries, samples, and warranty issues.
  • Promote the company's image and ensure effective customer care by maintaining good communication with aftermarket customers and team members globally.
  • Provide market information, identify business opportunities, and acquire new business in new territories and with new distributors.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for customers, addressing their requirements and ensuring their needs are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Aftermarket Sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
