Join us as a FI & Fintech Payments Product Manager, driving high-impact work in our FIG Payments team and shaping how we manage and optimize costs across global banking operations. You will oversee a multi-million Correspondent Banking Charges cost base and scale the recovery model across regions. You will also lead Strategic Initiatives, building innovative monitoring tools and supporting the rapid growth of our Global Currency Clearing product. The role puts you at the center of end-to-end product management, turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to strengthen controls and deliver measurable improvements. Essentials Skills/ Qualifications:
  • Experience working with revenue and profit and loss (P&L), including a clear understanding of key commercial drivers

  • Advanced Excel capability, with_EFFECTive data to support analysis and informed decision-making

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret, analyse, and draw insights from performance data, and comfort running proofs of concept through to launch

  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams across regions

Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within payments and/or fintech, or related digital or product management experience

  • Knowledge of global payments and treasury products

  • Understanding of the regulatory environment faced by payments or financial services businesses

This role is based in London.

Purpose of the role

To develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service omin.

Accountabilities
  • Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance.
  • Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and, customer feedback, to support the product development process, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders to improve product offerings.
  • Response to customer FCι0 inquiries, resolution of issues, and provision of guidance on product usage. .
  • Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers, building trust and encouraging adoption. tõttu.
  • Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
