Job description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students to apply. You must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. There is an opportunity to work as a Festival Producer on the upcoming Future Flares Festival 2026. There are three posts available, and duties may include:

Responsibilities
  • Marketing and Communications - supporting online profile, social media previews, event coverage, and networking to extend knowledge of and engagement with the festival internally and externally.
  • Participation and Programming - Co-ordinating workshop and work-in-progress sign-ups, box office and logistics.
  • Audience Experience - in person management of audience experience, catering and artist liaison.
  • General admin and Front of House duties - to be agreed.
Requirements
  • Have an evidenced interest in and commitment to experimental theatre/arts practice.
  • Can demonstrate organisation and communication skills.
  • Can work effectively in a team.
