Support Worker at Endurance Care Norfolk (Cromer Road, Norwich). Salary: £12.21 per hour (£25,396.80 per annum on a 40‑hour week). Working hours: up to 40 hours per week. Full UK Drivers Licence required.

Role Overview

You will work with young adults who have complex needs and support them to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will build positive relationships, plan daily tasks, assist with practical activities and personal care, and support independence.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with service users.
  • Assist with planning and carrying out daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and errands.
  • Provide personal care support, including eating and administering medication.
  • Plan and participate in outings and days out.
  • Support users towards greater independence wherever possible.
