As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, you will organize your work and plan your time with support from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning activities do not interfere with the customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will be beneficial when interacting with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities of a Clean Team Member include:

• Cleaning and preparing various areas within our club
• Providing excellent customer care
• Taking pride in your work
• Following cleaning procedures to ensure the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe for all users
• Using equipment safely, including scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners
• Performing a range of tasks such as cleaning gym, changing rooms, showers, poolside areas, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning
