Are you an experienced Personal Injury Litigator with a strong background in Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims? Responsibilities

• Responding to rejected offers, preparing cases for hearings, and instructing counsel where appropriate
• Delegating administrative tasks and collaborating effectively with support staff

This role will suit a confident litigator with a track record in handling EL/PL claims and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
