Mid Norfolk Farm Manager

Bithia Ltd is a 1000 Ha arable unit near Dereham. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team. The land is a mixture of soil types and includes some irrigation for Herbage seed and Potatoes. The farm operates a fleet of modern equipment and has one central site.

The successful candidate will have: practical experience, strong organisational and leadership skills, good financial ability and an interest in environmental schemes. He/she will be capable of growing the business, have good communication skills and be able to maintain our excellent reputation. The role will evolve and grow over the next three to five years.

This unit operates as part of a group of farms comprising a total of 5000 Ha who share advice, benchmark performance, marketing and purchasing.
