The Role:

As aFamily Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will manage a broad caseload of privately funded family matters including:

• Divorce & separation
• Financial remedy and family finance cases
• Civil partnership dissolution
• Cohabitation disputes
• PrivateChildren Act matters
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

Exposure to or knowledge oflegal aid protocolsis a bonus but not essential, as the team primarily handlesprivate family law.

You’ll also be encouraged to grow existing client relationships and contribute to developing new business streams.

Requirements:

• QualifiedSolicitor or Legal Executive(3+ years PQE preferred)
• Experience in managing your own caseload of family law matters
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
