Private Family Finance Solicitor

The role

We are looking for a dynamic family solicitor with strong privately funded family law experience, particularly in financial matters. The candidate should have at least 5 years’ PQE, although more experienced solicitors are encouraged to apply. We are offering a competitive salary and there is scope for significant career progression for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will run a caseload of financial cases with support from junior members of the team.

You will have experience in the following areas:

• Divorce and finances;
• Breakdown of a relationship;
• Cohabitation and civil partnership;
• Children Act applications.

Key responsibilities

• Have a strong network and the ability to build work from contacts.
• Enjoy and be actively involved in marketing and business development opportunities.
• Acting in financial matters for privately funded clients.
• Providing support/cover for other team members as needed.
