A reputable law firm in London is seeking a Private Family Finance Solicitor with over 5 years of PQE. The role involves managing financial caseloads and engaging in business development. Candidates should have a strong background in privately funded family law. The firm offers flexible working arrangements and values a collaborative workplace culture.
We are looking for a dynamic family solicitor with strong privately funded family law experience, particularly in financial matters. The candidate should have at least 5 years’ PQE, although more experienced solicitors are encouraged to apply. We are offering a competitive salary and there is scope for significant career progression for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will run a caseload of financial cases with support from junior members of the team.

Our private family department solicitors are members of The Law Society’s Family Law Advance Panel and Children Panel, with Resolution membership, and ICACU panel membership. The work carried out by our private family team includes child abduction, divorce and civil partnership separations, financial remedy proceedings in divorce, nuptial agreements, financial remedy disputes for co-habitees, and complex child arrangement disputes.
