Are you an experienced family lawyer looking for a new challenge? A well-established regional practice is expanding its Family Law team and seeks a 2-5 PQE solicitor to join them. You'll take on an existing portfolio while helping shape the future of a collaborative, specialist group.

What You'll Do

• Provide advice across divorce, separation, financial settlements, child arrangements, pre/post-nuptial and separation agreements, and cohabitation matters.
• Ensure compliance with Resolution, SRA, LawNet standards, and internal protocols.
• Delegate and mentor paralegals and secretaries to deliver seamless client service.
• Elevate the team's profile through networking, events, seminars, and marketing initiatives.
• Grow and maintain your client base, nurturing long-term relationships.
• Drive your personal development via in-firm resources, self-assessment, and thought-leadership contributions.
