Family Law Solicitor - Swansea - 2+ Years PQE

Location: Swansea

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (with flexibility)

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)

Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a highly respected law firm seeking a dedicated and motivated Family Law Solicitor to join its well-established Family Law Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive and ambitious solicitor to further develop their career within a respected and forward‑thinking practice.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:

  • Separation and divorce proceedings
  • Financial remedy cases
  • Domestic abuse matters
  • Children law cases
  • Advocacy and representation in court
  • Providing high‑quality advice and exemplary client service
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE in family law
  • Strong technical knowledge and up‑to‑date expertise in family law
  • Experience in advocacy (essential)Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
