Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and progress family law files competently within defined procedures and policies.
  • Draft legal documentation including Statements, Notices, Applications, and Legal Forms.
  • Handle client correspondence, telephone queries, and triage communications through electronic systems.
  • Conduct client appointments, provide case advice, and support financial eligibility assessments for legal aid or private terms.
  • Support fee earners with case progression, including court attendances and professional liaison.
