Job description

We are seeking to appoint a Grade 7 Family Help Disability Team Leader for 16 hours a week as part of a job share arrangement. The post holder who will lead, develop and support a team of Family Help Disability Advisors to deliver bespoke early intervention and prevention support to families referred to the team, specifically with a focus on the child(ren) or young person with an identified disability or additional need. The postholder will liaise and communicate with a range of service users, including families and professionals, and will also work alongside the Service Manager to support the continued development and quality of service delivery.
