Overview

Factory Worker – Location: Grimsby Docks. Shifts: 4 on 4 off – 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Job Type: Temp to Perm. Pay Rate: £12.35 per hour on days, £13.35 per hour on nights. Breaks: 3 x 20-minute unpaid breaks per shift.

AM2PM Recruitment is currently hiring Production Operatives to work day or night shifts at a busy and well-established bread manufacturing site based on the docks in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent full time work with the potential to move into a permanent position. Previous experience is preferred however full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the bread production process across various departments
• Handling, packing, and labelling baked goods
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the shift
• Keeping workstations clean and organised
• Working efficiently to meet production targets as part of a team

Requirements
