We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Facilities Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in School Management.

Responsibilities

As a School Facilities Manager you’ll :

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the on-site hard & soft services team, including reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Oversee lifecycle replacement programs, PPM schedules, small works delivery, and materials management.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, safe systems of work, and client contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate administration, reporting, site inductions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive continual improvement and innovation, supporting performance, cost reduction, and best practice initiatives.
Qualifications

What we’re looking for :

  • Strong people management, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Experience in PPP / FM contract and commercial management in a client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and operational reporting tools.
  • Understanding of FM services (hard & soft), attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and experience delivering operational performance.
