Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Stainless-Steel Welder/Fabricator to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality stainless steel fabrications, working on diverse projects manufacturing bespoke lifting & tipping machinery.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld stainless steel components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate tools and machinery, including cutting, grinding, and welding equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Stainless Steel welder/fabricator (Minimum 3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in TIG, MIG and/or stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Welding/Fabrication or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
• Valid forklift or mobile platform certification would be an advantage but not required.
