Job Title: Engineer / Fabricator – Waste Industry

Location: Bourne, PE10

Salary: £13.00 – £15.50 per hour

The Role: We are recruiting on behalf of a busy and hands‑on waste management company for a versatile Engineer / Fabricator. This is not a desk‑bound role – we’re looking for a practical all‑rounder who can roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • General engineering and fabrication duties around the yard
  • Repairing and maintaining plant, machinery, and equipment
  • Operating a forklift when needed
  • Taking ownership of tasks – no job is too small or too rough

About You:

  • Experience in the waste management or industrial sector
  • Skilled in fabrication, welding, and general engineering tasks
  • Comfortable in a hands‑on, rough‑and‑ready yard environment
  • Flexible, practical, and ready to jump in wherever needed
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but training can be provided
