Fabricator – West Bromwich – £12.50 per hour – Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm – Overtime available.

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator to join a busy and well‑established manufacturing environment. This role involves the fabrication and assembly of window and door products to a high standard, working as part of a skilled production team. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long‑term progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and assembly of aluminium/uPVC windows, doors, frames, and related components
• Accurately reading and working from technical drawings and measurements
• Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Quality checking finished products to ensure they meet required specifications
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Working closely with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Previous experience as a fabricator (window, door, aluminium or uPVC experience preferred)
• Ability to work from drawings and use measuring equipment accurately
• Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Health & safety conscious
