Jump F&B are responsible for the concept development and design of catering and hospitality facilities within new and existing event. Our projects vary in size and scale throughout Europe and the Middle East and include some of the largest and most iconic venues in the world.

We are looking for an experienced F&B Designer to join a growing team of industry leading hospitality consultants designing world leading F&B facilities within the live event and stadium sectors based in Putney, Southwest London. Food & Beverage has become a critical revenue source within the live event sector, and Jump F&B are market leaders in the development and deployment of next generation hospitality experiences.

About the Role

This role sits within our F&B team within the wider Interiors department, Jump Studios. It will see you designing hospitality and GA facilities to enhance fan experience within live BIM projects. You will work with wider project teams to support development of venue wide F&B strategies requiring creativity and strategic F&B oversight. The ideal candidate will have experience in the stadium and live event sectors.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers and F&B project team leads to understand and develop best in class culinary concepts
  • Support development of strategic F&B briefs
  • Develop F&B plans, elevations and 3D models for large scale venues with multiple concessions, hospitality areas, production kitchens and pantries within Revit
  • F&B document control including production and management of MIDP, TIDP, cover pages and project specific requirements
  • Produce detailed F&B tender packages, including MEP requirements, equipment specifications, supply and extract flow rate calculations and equipment budget estimates
  • Coordinate with external independent subject matter expert consultants to develop best in class solutions
  • Act as the liaison between the F&B design team, and project specific BIM coordinator
  • Develop 3D model packages for stadium specific bespoke kitchen and concession elements
  • Coordinate design packages with manufacturers to ensure best practice and code compliance
  • Develop RIBA stage completion presentations detailing F&B strategies and designs
Key requirements include:
  • Excellent command of Autodesk Revit, with extensive experience managing live BIM projects
  • Several years of professional design work with a focus on stadium, hotel or large-scale hospitality design
  • Design creativity with strategic F&B oversight
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft suite products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications & Skills include:
  • Understanding of permitting process, construction terminology, customs and practices and overall project sequence and timing
  • Understanding of region specific F&B codes
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Knowledge of Revizto software package
