Tempest Resourcing are seeking an EYFS Teacher

Are you a passionate and creative EYFS Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children with complex needs? A welcoming and well‑resourced SEND school in Sutton is seeking a committed Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join their dedicated team.

About the School

This specialist provision supports pupils aged 3‑11 with a wide range of complex needs, including:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
  • Communication and sensory needs

The Role

As the EYFS Teacher, you will:

  • Use communication strategies such as PECs & Makaton (training available)
  • Foster a nurturing, structured, and inclusive atmosphere where all children can thrive
What We're Looking For
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or EYTS
  • Experience in EYFS (mainstream or SEND)
  • A patient, adaptable approach and genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Knowledge of SEND strategies (desirable but training can be provided)
