We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and dedicated EYFS Classroom Assistant to join our outstanding Early Years team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing provision within a supportive and nurturing school environment.

From April, we will welcome five 2‑year‑old children into our setting, with capacity for up to ten places. We are seeking our first team member to work with these children at a 1:5 ratio, ensuring the highest standards of care and learning.

You will work alongside another Level 3 EYFS practitioner supporting 3–4‑year‑olds.

  • Thrives in a small, family‑oriented school where every individual is valued
  • Is adaptable, proactive, and committed to going the extra mile
  • Enjoys working as part of a team to help our youngest children become confident, ambitious learners
