Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Site Fitter to join our Team on a full time permanent basis. We are a busy Joinery Manufacturing Company with a Workshop in Gatebeck near Kendal. We manufacture a full range of high quality bespoke joinery items such as doors, windows, bars, counters, staircases, unitary for bedrooms and kitchens and more. You will be required to install the finished items on-site to an equally high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Install finished items on-site to a high standard.
• Work to deadlines independently and as part of a team.
• Deliver items in the company vans, driving long wheel base vans as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Fitter is essential.
• Clean driving licence.
• Experience driving long wheel base vans.
• CSCS card.
• Relevant qualification preferred.

This is a permanent position whereby you will be an employee of the company (we are not looking to sub-contract to self-employed site fitters). Working hours are 43.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
