As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide professional support, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making. You will conduct strengths-based assessments and design innovative reablement plans tailored to individual needs, encouraging independence and minimising long‑term care needs. You will benefit from invaluable support provided by our Principal Occupational Therapist and have access to a range of opportunities for career progression, like our leadership or coaching programmes. With the autonomy to manage your time and schedule, you'll be able to provide bespoke care to individuals in your diverse caseload, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.
