Marylebone Services are working with a well-regarded independent nursery based in Fulham, who are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner in the Toddler / Pre-School Room.
• Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the setting’s standards and the EYFS framework.
• Support the development and wellbeing of children through play-based learning and attentive supervision.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Childcare qualification (minimum Level 3).
• Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS.
• Experience working with Early Years, particularly toddlers or pre-school age.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.

Role Details

• Room: Toddler / Pre-School Room
• Working Hours: 7:45am - 6:00pm
• Working Pattern: 4 days per week with 1 weekday off, or 9 days every 2 weeks
• Salary: £27,090 - £29,770 gross per annum for QTS candidate, up to £27,090 for L3 depending on experience and qualifications
