A leading hospitality service provider in Broughton near Skipton is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the housekeeping team. Responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and managing daily operations, this full-time role requires at least 3 years of housekeeping experience and an Enhanced DBS certificate. Are you an experienced housekeeper who would like progression? As the Housekeeping Team Leader at Broughton Sanctuary, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all properties, retreat spaces and communal areas. You will lead and support a team of 6 housekeepers, managing schedules, supplies, and day-to-day housekeeping operations to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. Broughton Sanctuary is a truly special place, set within stunning Yorkshire countryside, offering wellbeing retreats, luxurious accommodations, unique experiences and unforgettable events. As a leading destination for wellbeing, sustainability and hospitality, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper Team Leader to join our team and help maintain our exceptional standards for guest experience.
Location: Broughton Sanctuary, Broughton, near Skipton.
Minimum experience: 3 years cleaning or housekeeping experience.
Qualifications: Enhanced DBS.
Hours: 40 Hours per week, full time. Days required based on rota. Driving required: Yes (Essential).
Start date: ASAP.
Pay: £35,000 Gross per annum.
