We are seeking an Experienced Business Studies Teacher to join our established and successful Business Studies department. As an experienced professional, you will play a key role in mentoring newer staff, contributing to departmental leadership, and driving forward innovative teaching practices across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Professional Qualifications & Experience UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - MANDATORY
Minimum 3+ years teaching experience in UK secondary schools
Proven track record of teaching Business Studies across KS3, KS4, and KS5
Degree in Business Studies, Business Management, Economics, or closely related field
Demonstrable experience with GCSE and A-Level Business Studies curricula

Professional Skills & Attributes Exceptional classroom management and teaching skills
Strong leadership qualities and mentoring capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with data analysis and student progress tracking

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
