Overview

We are working with a globally renowned investment firm that is seeking a Team Assistant to join their collaborative, high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is professional, focused, and steady, someone who takes pride in enabling senior executives and Managing Directors to succeed.

You’ll become part of a close-knit team of assistants, where mutual support and a calm, organised working style are central to the culture. Your role will focus on providing seamless support to Managing Directors and senior stakeholders, from managing complex schedules to coordinating international travel and overseeing day-to-day operations.

This position will suit someone who thrives on consistency, discretion, and building trusted long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Managing complex diaries across UK and U.S. timezones
  • Scheduling meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Preparing agendas, briefing documents, and meeting materials
  • Processing expenses with accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, with at least 3 years in financial services (Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Asset Management preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A calm, people-focused demeanor and confident when required
  • A collaborative mindset with the quiet confidence to support effectively behind the scenes
Details
  • 12-month assignment, with strong potential to extend long-term and become an official member of their team.
  • Fully office-based, 8:30am - 5:30pm with minimal overtime
  • £26 per hour, inclusive of holiday
