• Prepare daily cash and bank balance positions.
• Manage accounting records including ERP entries.
• Assist in daily fund management by monitoring transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for assigned portfolios.

Job description

• Preparation of Daily Cash and Bank Balance position.
• To manage day-to-day accounting records including ERP entries.
• Assist in daily Fund Management by proper monitoring and control.
• Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation as per assigned portfolio by the management.
• Provide necessary bank vouchers regarding loans, financing cost,bank charges, remittance,provision, adjustment, rectification,reversal etc. to support management and legal accounts.
• Report of any unusual activities like delay in depositing collections, Interest, charges calculation of overdraft and short-term loan and term loan etc.
• Planning and implementation of routine depot visit to ensure sound cash management practice.
• Other tasks are allocated by the reporting person.
