Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the private equitysector
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision‑makers in these sectors
• Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to private equityleadership roles
• Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement
• Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in private equity
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional results

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high‑end recruitment
