Are you a natural people-person with a flair for organisation and a passion for sales? We're on the lookout for an Executive Sales Assistant to join our client's team. Someone who can juggle client relationships, account management, and executive support with confidence and a smile. Our client's custom-made products mean every client request is unique, so adaptability, attention to detail, and creativity are key. You'll be at the heart of the sales function; the link between our clients, Sales Directors, and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from first conversation to final delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build relationships that last - Be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, accounts, and projects with professionalism and warmth.
  • Spot opportunities - Use our CRM to identify sales leads, generate revenue, and support account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Keep things moving - Prepare quotations, project briefs, and forecasts while ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Support at the top level - Assist Sales Directors with presentations, agendas, reports, and follow-up actions.
  • Represent the business - Lead client meetings, attend reviews, and play a key role in events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate across teams - Work with marketing, production, and other departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years' experience in account management, sales, or client support.
  • A true people person with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-focused — you thrive when juggling multiple priorities.
  • Tech savvy with confidence in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar).
  • Flexible and open to travel (including occasional overseas trips) and events.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in manufacturing or product sales before!
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm.
