Key Responsibilities
- Share relevant insights and information with key stakeholders through professional channels such as LinkedIn messaging and direct outreach.
- Proactively request and leverage introductions through mutual connections to expand the network within biotech and pharma organizations.
- Clearly highlight and communicate biotech and pharmaceutical industry experience to prospective clients and partners.
- Position Virtusa as a strategic partner offering an engineering-first approach to digital transformation.
- Promote Virtusa’s proven capabilities in automating HR, R&D, and regulatory processes, tailoring messaging to client needs.
- Showcase success stories, case studies, and measurable outcomes to demonstrate value and build credibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and delivery teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Track engagement activities and maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or consulting, preferably within biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and engineering-led solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and professional networks for outreach and engagement.
