Job summary

A leading independent construction and property consultancy is seeking an Executive / Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. This role involves leading major projects and managing teams, providing strategic cost advice, and enhancing business development. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience and a BSc in Quantity Surveying, with a significant compensation package including hybrid working and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience within a UK consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of major projects across multiple sectors.
  • Providing high-level cost planning, procurement strategy, and risk management.
  • Overseeing contract administration and post-contract cost control.
  • Managing and mentoring junior surveyors within the team.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
  • Supporting business development and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth.
