We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume the adverts you see the apps you use the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences was touched by an Adobe product.

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced ever‑evolving environment to support the Vice President of Marketing for Adobe's Digital Experience business. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, adaptable and an exceptional project manager. You'll be a strategic partner who anticipates needs, manages priorities with intention and enables your executive to operate at their highest level.

What you'll do: Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the VP, anticipating needs and proactively managing time priorities and communications.
  • Act as a strategic filter for all incoming requests, seeking clarity, understanding intent and assessing the value to determine if action is necessary or if delegation is more appropriate.
  • Confidently prioritize, defer or elevate tasks and meeting invitations based on alignment to business goals.
  • Manage complex and fluid calendar scheduling across global time zones; protect executive time by identifying what deserves attention and what doesn’t.
  • Prepare the executive for meetings by ensuring relevant materials, context and insights are delivered in advance.
  • Coordinate and draft communications including agendas, talking points, briefs and follow‑ups as needed.
  • Own or support high‑visibility cross‑functional projects and workstreams aligned to marketing and executive goals.
  • Drive timelines, set milestones and ensure deliverables are met; hold others accountable when needed.
  • Partner closely with the VP’s leadership team and program leads to keep top priorities moving forward.
  • Track progress on key initiatives, providing weekly status updates and surfacing risks or blockers early.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping streamline team operations and cadence.
  • Plan and coordinate team off‑sites, all‑hands meetings, business reviews and leadership summits.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor relationships, procurement and contract workflows with operational discipline.
  • Maintain discretion, handle confidential information with care and serve as a cultural ambassador for the team.
  • Anticipate and adapt: be one step ahead, always thinking strategically about what’s coming next.
  • Thrive in ambiguity by staying focused, adaptable and calm under pressure.
  • Flag emerging needs, offer solutions before being asked and adapt to the shifting priorities of a dynamic organization.
What you'll need to succeed
  • 7 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast‑paced global tech or marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to filter noise from substance, seeking clarity and prioritizing tasks based on strategic relevance and impact.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex information with clarity and poise.
  • Tech‑savvy and highly proficient in calendar and productivity tools (e.g. Outlook, Workfront, Confluence, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks with grace and urgency.
  • A proactive mindset: anticipate problems before they arise and take initiative without being asked.
  • High EQ and professionalism; build trust, foster collaboration and uphold confidentiality at all times.
