Job Overview

Enrichment and Participation Coordinator (Fixed term until July 2026, full‑time, 35 hours per week) – Openshaw Campus, Manchester College.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creative, and passionate about empowering students beyond the classroom. You will work within a vibrant college community where your work directly impacts student life and success. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support student enrichment and participation initiatives on a fixed‑term basis, with the potential for a permanent role based on demonstrable impact and performance.

Qualifications
  • Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Qualified to at least level 3 in a related area.
  • Evidence of coordinating activities and/or events for young people.
  • Experience working with and engaging 16+ students, including adults.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development and promotion of a positive culture.
  • Completed DBS check (or Enhanced DBS where required).
