ASAP start

We’re working exclusively with a high-growth tech scale-up to hire a strategic EA to support their Chief People Officer. This is a unique opportunity to become the right-hand to a dynamic, visionary, and deeply human leader who values trust, loyalty, and authenticity.

Far more than a traditional EA role, you’ll be a strategic partner, confidante, and problem-solver, managing a high volume of sensitive information, complex scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll be embedded in the heart of the business during a time of accelerated growth, and working closely with other senior stakeholders including the CEO, CFO, and SVPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive support : anticipate needs, manage priorities, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Calendar and comms : gatekeeping, scheduling, and representing the CPO professionally
  • Confidential coordination : handle highly sensitive people and business matters
  • Project management : track deliverables, streamline workflows, and drive outcomes
  • Travel and logistics : coordinate itineraries and weekend / on-call support when needed
  • Operational excellence : implement systems and bring order to chaos
  • Stakeholder liaison : build strong relationships across the business
About You
  • Experienced – you’ve supported senior execs or C-suite to bring structure, calm, and operational excellence to their world
  • Calm, composed, and confident – you bring grace under pressure
  • High EQ and IQ – you read the room and adapt with ease
  • Low ego – you’re here to add value, not chase status
  • Highly organised – you thrive in complexity and love solving problems
  • Tech-savvy – fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion
  • Articulate and fun – you communicate at exec level but bring warmth and personality
