Location : 3 days working from home + 1 day on-site (Ark Victoria Academy, Small Heath)

Hours : 16 hours per week (4 hours per day across 4 days)

Salary : £10–£12 per hour

Start Date : Immediate

Transport : Must have own transport for the on-site day

Brainology is a fast‑growing education provider helping students excel in English, Maths and overall academic confidence. We operate across multiple centres and pride ourselves on delivering a warm, supportive and high‑quality learning environment.

We are now looking for a proactive, organised and confident Executive Assistant to support our operations, drive parent engagement and ensure our weekly activities run smoothly across both centres.

Role Overview

This part‑time role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail‑oriented and loves speaking to people. You will be responsible for handling leads, supporting centre operations, printing and preparing student learning materials, managing parent communications and helping the business grow.

You will work 3 days from home handling calls, admin, printing preparation and parent interactions, and 1 day on‑site supporting centre operations for 4 hours.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales, Leads & Parent Engagement (Core Responsibility)

Make outbound calls to potential parents and convert enquiries into bookings

Confidently explain our services and address parent questions

Manage the full enquiry → follow‑up → booking → onboarding process

Appointment setting for assessments and parent meetings

Maintain strong communication to encourage retention and referrals

2. Printing & Resource Preparation (Across Both Centres)

Responsible for printing all lesson packs for both centres

Ensure all materials are organised by student, year group, and subject

Prepare packs ahead of sessions and keep stock levels monitored

Maintain a weekly checklist of printing and resource readiness

3. Admin & Operational Support

Maintain registers, lead trackers and documentation

Support with centre preparation, organisation and materials

Assist with data entry, scheduling and responding to parent queries

Ensure smooth weekly operations and timely completion of tasks

4. Marketing & Social Media Support

Assist with creating and posting content across Instagram & TikTok

Take photos / videos on‑site during your weekly 4‑hour shift

Help support marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness

Share ideas to improve engagement and visibility

What We’re Looking For

Strong sales and phone experience (essential)

Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with parents

Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Strong attention to detail—especially when handling printing and packs

Social‑media savvy and comfortable supporting content creation

Reliable, punctual and committed to weekly responsibilities

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Own transport required for on‑site work

Comfortable working around children and families
