We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support a growing startup Asset Management firm. This is a standalone role, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to a team of six professionals.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Executive assistance to Partners, including diary management, meeting coordination, and general administrative support
  • Team support for the Investment Team
  • Office management, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations
  • Finance and administrative support, including basic invoicing, expenses, and vendor coordination
Candidate Requirements :
  • Availability to start on 5 January 2026
  • Experience in a standalone EA / Office Manager role (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a small, dynamic team environment
