What You’ll Do:

As our Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner, enabling our executives to focus on strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary & Inbox Management:
    • Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and events.
    • Organise email inbox and manage executive “to-do” lists, flagging urgent actions.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings.
    • Capture minutes and track action items to ensure follow-up.
  • Communication Management:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external.
    • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CFO and CRO.
  • Travel & Logistics:
    • Organise all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Document & Data Handling:
    • Prepare reports and presentations while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist with ad hoc projects, research, data analysis, and coordination across departments.
    • Help coordinate team social events and meetings.
  • Expense Management:
    • Process expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
