The Client:

A boutique leading and global financial services firm based in stunning offices in the West End. This is a French-speaking position that supports two Executive Directors.

The French-speaking Executive Assistant Position:

This position predominantly supports two Executive Directors, with some additional support required for one Director and an Associate. Executive Assistant responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Proactive diary management and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Arranging complex international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
  • The ability to act as a liaison between the Paris and London office, utilising French and English.
  • Acting as a professional point of contact, managing calls and correspondence with discretion.
  • Organising and facilitating virtual meetings and conference calls via Zoom.
  • Providing flexible support with additional tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Proven experience within a deal‑driven environment.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Concur is preferable.
Additional benefits:
  • Salary is competitive dependent on experience, plus a discretionary bonus.
  • Hours 9.00am - 5.30pm with flexibility required to work outside of this as needed.
  • Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 from home.
  • £60-65K depending on experience.
