Role Overview

This role requires two days a week in our Southampton office.

The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple senior leaders - including the CEO, CPO, and other members of the leadership team - by providing proactive diary management, coordinating complex travel, and delivering high‑quality administrative support.

The role requires someone who can operate with autonomy, discretion, and professionalism while managing a varied workload spanning meeting preparation, presentation and project support, facilities coordination, and general office administration. With significant visibility across the organisation, the EA will act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships with senior leaders, customers, and Group colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive diary management for multiple Executives, to maximise efficiency
  • Arranging complex travel
  • Support the Executive team with wide-ranging administrative tasks
  • Book meeting spaces as required & support with company events
  • Develop and maintain internal & external relationships
  • Project & presentation support
  • Support with general office tasks/events as required
  • Provide AL cover for the team
  • Attend UK based in person company updates
  • Expense management (Concur)
  • Adhoc admin tasks
  • Facilities support (contractor liaison, general queries, upkeep, etc)
  • Team management
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience working as a PA/EA
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence in managing a busy workload
  • Proactive and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • People management experience (desirable)
