Salary: £31,789 - £32,908

Location: Leyland

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Executive Assistant Team. About The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide senior‑level secretarial and administrative support to our Directors, ensuring they can focus on delivering business priorities. This role is more than just diary management – it’s about being a strategic enabler, anticipating needs, and making things happen.

You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate and facilitate meetings, and handle confidential matters with discretion. Strong communication skills and IT proficiency will be key, as you’ll liaise with colleagues across the organisation and support projects that drive success. Building positive relationships and working collaboratively will be at the heart of what you do.

This is an agile role based in Leyland, with occasional office attendance required to support our Directors and for key business needs.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Essential
  • Proven experience providing senior‑level secretarial and administrative support.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business purposes.
Desirable
  • Experience of supporting multiple Directors or senior leaders simultaneously.
  • Experience of providing dedicated project management support.
