A dynamic investment firm in London is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founding Partners and oversee office coordination. The role involves proactive diary management, event planning, and ensuring smooth office operations in a collaborative team environment. A varied and exciting role combining Executive Assistant duties to the Founding Partners with Office Coordination tasks. You will be joining a highly successful and dynamic start up investment firm. They have had huge success over their first 18 months and are now looking to solidify their operations with the hire of an EA/Coordinator.
You will be the go-to for operations, supporting the 3 Founding Partners with a range of EA duties as well as managing agendas, arranging meetings and events, creating admin processes and ensuring the team stays organised as they scale.
The role is primarily office-based to support a collaborative team that thrives on working together in person, however they also offer lots of flexibility and work life balance.
