The Role

Are you a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant looking to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? This is an opportunity to work at the heart of an ambitious organisation driving transformative change in science, technology, and innovation.

We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to up to two senior executives on a short term temporary basis. The successful candidate must have experience using G Suite, such as Gmail and Google Calendar in a work environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys problem-solving, and excels at multitasking.

As an essential member of the team, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare key documents, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will also collaborate across internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Procurement, to support wider business functions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive diary management, email handling, and meeting coordination.
  • The successful candidate must have experience using G Suite, such as Gmail and Google Calendar in a work environment.
  • Prepare reports, briefing documents, and presentations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise travel, accommodation, and expenses.
  • Support executive and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
  • Work closely with the EA team to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organisation.
