Executive Assistant to the CEO

  • 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
  • Up to £65,000 depending on experience
  • This role is based at our offices in Mayfair, London. Presence in the office will be required

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll manage the CEO’s schedule, handle communications, and ensure the Executive Office operates smoothly. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing for board meetings, and managing correspondence while maintaining confidentiality. You’ll also organise digital and physical filing systems, track strategic projects, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Supporting internal events and improving administrative workflows are essential as well. Discretion is vital, as you’ll handle sensitive business and personal matters.
