Overview

Executive Administrator | 8789 | Temporary Contract/Secondment Opportunity until 31 July 2026 | 37 hours per week | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum | Scale E | County Hall

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail to provide Executive Administrator support to our Senior Leaders (our senior leader roles include Departmental Directors and Assistant Directors).

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive administrative support to Senior Leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and handling routine correspondence.
  • Forward plan busy work schedules, prioritise competing deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in all aspects of the role and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, format, and collate documents, reports, and briefing materials; assist with minute taking where required.
  • Support with project administration and coordination as needed, under the guidance of experienced managers.
  • Represent the team professionally and maintain a high standard of organisation and attention to detail.
