Shiplake College is seeking to appoint an Exams Assistant to support our Exams Officer with administrative duties linked to the examinations process. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our internal and external exam processes. This role is 15 hours per week, term time plus INSET with the working hours to be agreed but there is flexibility for either 3 hours 5 days a week or 2 full days a week with working hours between 8am and 5pm. Flexibility during the exam seasons would be helpful as earlier morning starts and/or longer days may be required.
The ideal candidate for this role will be well organised, have excellent attention to detail, be a great communicator and be able to use your own initiative to prioritise and organise conflicting ongoing and immediate demands.
Shiplake College is an independent boarding and day school for just around 580 pupils aged 11 to 18. There has been a co-educational Sixth Form since 1998 and since September 2023 girls have been welcomed into Year 7 as the College became fully co-educational.
