  • £17,735 - £18,589 per annum
  • £24,796 - £25,989 FTE per annum
  • 30 hours per week, Term time only plus 1 (39 weeks plus 1)
  • Location: Sutton Community Academy & ATTFE.

About the role

We’re seeking to appoint an Exams Admin Assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Exams Officer in the management and delivery of all internal and external examinations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of exam processes, compliance with regulations, and the provision of high-quality service to students, parents, and staff.

To succeed you will have strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Competent IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel) is essential. The successful applicant will have good communication skills and a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
