Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory (PCA) team is a leading global secondaries market advisor, focusing on financial sponsors across a variety of portfolio and fund management objectives. The team advise limited partners on liquidity solutions for their private asset portfolios, and how to employ structured ABS technologies to create innovative capital and liquidity solutions for private markets issuers and investors.
Within PCA, the GP Advisory team focuses on advising general partners (GPs) on bespoke liquidity and capital strategies. As a trusted advisor in the private equity ecosystem, the team partners with fund managers globally to design and execute customized secondary and structured transactions that align the interests of GPs and their investors.
