Qualifications

• Passion for working with people and delivering high standard customer service.
• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) and an interest in history.
• Some events experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support event operations across a range of occasions.
• Provide excellent service to guests and act as an ambassador.
• Contribute to security, health and safety, and conservation procedures.
• Work discreetly and professionally as part of the casual pool.
• Assist with shifts offered primarily during evenings and weekends.

We are recruiting Event Stewards (Casual) to support our event operations, which range from private dinners and weddings to corporate summer parties, fashion shows and drinks receptions.

Responsibilities

• Support event operations across a range of occasions, including private dinners, weddings, corporate summer parties, fashion shows and drinks receptions.
• Provide an excellent level of service to guests and act as an ambassador for Kensington Palace and HRP.
• Be observant and attentive, contributing to security, health and safety, and conservation procedures.
• Work discreetly and professionally as part of the events casual pool, with a focus on delivering a high standard of guest experience.
• Assist with shifts that are offered on a casual basis, primarily during weekday evenings and some weekends.
